Responsibilities

• Monitor and control venue access points and ticketed entry areas
• Provide visible security presence and crowd management during events
• Assist guests with directions, seating, and general inquiries
• Enforce venue policies and safety procedures consistently
• Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and venue staff
• Conduct bag checks and basic security screenings as required
• Document and report incidents or safety concerns promptly
• Participate in required safety and security trainings
• Support setup and breakdown of event security posts as needed
