Store Loss Prevention Manager

DICK'S Sporting Goods seeks a Store Loss Prevention Manager to lead shrink reduction and safety in a high-energy retail environment. You will oversee in-store loss prevention programs, monitor CCTV and analytics, and conduct internal and external theft investigations. Responsibilities

• Lead store loss prevention strategy to reduce shrink, theft, and fraud
• Conduct internal and external theft investigations and document findings
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and exception reporting systems
• Partner with store and district leadership on safety and compliance programs
• Train and coach teammates on LP procedures and incident response
• Ensure incident reporting, evidence handling, and case files are accurate
• Coordinate with law enforcement and corporate LP teams as needed
• Conduct audits of operational and cash-handling controls
• Support emergency preparedness and response protocols
• Analyze loss trends and recommend action plans to improve results
