Crux Subsurface is looking for a motivated and dependable Temporary Shop Helper to join our mechanic shop and warehouse team for approximately 2 months. This position will focus heavily on sandblasting our casing until the project is complete. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional shop environment while supporting our team with an important project.

• Perform sandblasting on casing and other materials as instructed
• Maintain a clean and organized sandblasting area
• Assist with general shop and warehouse duties when needed
• Move tools, equipment, and materials around the shop
• Follow all safety procedures related to sandblasting equipment and shop operations

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to be on your feet for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety
• Ability to work in a dusty, loud environment with proper PPE

• Hands‑on experience using sandblasting equipment

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
