Full Time Manual Labor Spokane, WA, US

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune‑ups
• Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule for emergency service
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification
• Electrical O6A License
• Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low‑voltage experience
• Washington 02 Electrical License
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
