Position:
Full Time

Hourly Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 DOE

• Diagnose and repair residential systems such as internet, cable, satellite, security, HVAC, or smart home devices.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on existing systems.
• Test equipment to ensure proper functionality after repairs.
• Educate customers on system use and preventative care.
• Document service calls, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Previous experience in service, maintenance, or technical repair roles.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, networking, or mechanical systems (depending on industry).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening (if required).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces, heights).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.

• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring job done correctly first time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a mobile device throughout the work day.
