Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store, and distribute inventory. Warehouse team members play a vital role in daily operations and must be reliable, safety‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Cycle count inventory, store items orderly and accessible, inspect for wear or defects, and report to supervision.
- Ensure loads are complete and secured to prevent damage.
- Perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during truck loading/unloading.
- Stand for up to 12 hours to carry out job‑related duties.
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
This is a safety‑sensitive position. Travel is local and less than 10% of the time. The role requires prolonged standing, repetitive motions, good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
