Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

* Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

* Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe work environment.

* Provide exceptional customer service, representing R&R Heating's commitment to excellence.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

* Valid EPA Certification

* Gas Mech 1

* WA electrical and Idaho trainee card

* Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects

* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

* Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions

* A commitment to quality workmanship and safety

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

* Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience

* Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings

* Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements

* Familiarity with Service Titan

* Procore knowledge
