Salary Range: $19.00 To $25.00 Hourly

We are looking for a motivated Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands‑on skills, and grow into a long‑term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service while honing your craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all safety policies and job‑site procedures
• Learn proper installation techniques, troubleshooting basics, and system components
• Provide professional, respectful interaction with customers and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Mechanical I License
• EPA License
• Washington/Idaho Electrical Trainee License
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
