Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and mentor installation crews
- Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet company and code standards
- Manage materials, jobsite cleanliness, and tool accountability
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress to supervisors
- Uphold R&R’s reputation through excellent workmanship and customer interaction
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction required)
- Washington and Idaho Electrical Trainee Card
- Valid EPA Certification
- Ability to lead and train a crew of installers and apprentices
- Proficiency with HVAC system layouts, ductwork, and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication skills and jobsite leadership presence
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and crawl spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Nate Certification
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Washington O6A Electrical License
- Idaho Journeyman
- Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Procore knowledge
