HVAC Apprentice

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Spokane, WA | Hayden,  | Sandpoint,

Full-Time | Four-day work week with 10-hour shifts

As our company continues to grow throughout the Inland Northwest, we are creating new opportunities for individuals who want to start and build a career in the HVAC industry. We are currently looking for dependable HVAC Helpers to join our expanding installation team and grow with us long term. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and advance into higher-level HVAC roles as the company continues to expand.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Construction, HVAC, or trade experience is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ductwork experience or HVAC schooling is beneficial

What You'll Do

• Assist installation crews on commercial HVAC projects
• Support ductwork installation and material handling
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Learn HVAC installation processes and industry skills
• Assist with loading tools, equipment, and materials
