Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers, collaborate with colleagues in your office.

• Commission, program, set up graphics and communicate link for end‑to‑end testing, troubleshooting, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Document point‑to‑point verification, sequence of operations validation, and job close‑out requirements.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and provide servicing of products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through identification, diagnosis, and repair of equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for all on‑site installation and repairs, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on‑site work.
• Stay current on Trane products, especially installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
• Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company‑issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
• Demonstrate team effort and dedication by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, extended weeks, and occasional overnight stays as the business requires.

• A high school diploma or equivalent and typically 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls. Technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years (including DUI, hit‑and‑run, license suspension, reckless driving, or multiple minor infractions).
• Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.

Hourly: $28.96 – $39.02 (incentive eligible: No; sales commission eligible:
No).
