McMillen, Inc. is seeking immediate placement of experienced Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers for a project in Joseph, OR. This project is expected to start on July 20, 2026, and will continue through the end of 2027. The company expects additional long‑term work opportunities in the Western Region.
All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required and is determined based on background check results.
Schedule RequirementsThese positions are expected to work a schedule of six 10‑hour shifts per week (6/10 schedule). Based on project demands and operational needs, employees may also be assigned to a swing shift schedule.
Foreman- The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of on‑site construction activities or projects.
- The Foreman will typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first‑hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects.
- Involvement begins with pre‑construction activities with the Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract close‑out and warranty.
- Fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems.
- Placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects.
- Performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities.
- Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus.
- Assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing additional duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is seldom required to sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
$36.90 - $50.74 (DOE) base wage, Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
