Leaf Guard Installer

An installer will work and train under the supervision of our current Production Manager (PM). The role includes customer service, installation, site cleaning, and truck inventory.

• Customer service
• Installation
• Site cleaning
• Truck inventory management
• Ensure timely completion of installations
• Maintain safety precautions and comply with OSHA regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• 1‑2 years experience in construction (roofing, siding, or gutter experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Problem solver who takes a proactive approach to improve services
• Comfortable working in inclement weather
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to stand, lift, climb up to 40 ft., bend for prolonged periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and use various hand tools
• Excellent communication skills

• Paid training
• First year installers earn around $70,000 - $80,000
