Entry-Level Service Technician

Growing powersports dealership has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to recruit an enthusiastic and mechanically inclined Service Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is eager to grow their technical skills in a professional shop environment.

• Perform routine maintenance services on powersports and recreational vehicles
• Complete basic repairs and service work as assigned by the service team
• Assist with inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential mechanical concerns
• Follow established repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in technical training programs and work toward obtaining OEM certifications
• Learn shop processes, workflow procedures, and best practices from experienced technicians
• Work closely with senior technicians to develop technical skills and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Represent the company professionally while delivering quality workmanship and customer service

• Previous mechanical experience, technical training, or strong mechanical aptitude preferred
• Desire to learn and advance within a service technician career path
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role

• Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• $18.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
