Refrigeration Technician

TKV Construction in Spokane, WA is looking to hire a full-time Refrigeration Technician to perform maintenance and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

We are a growing maintenance company handling a wide range of projects, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. As a proud military contractor, we perform maintenance for military bases and provide support to active veterans. We focus on exceeding customer expectations.

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring client facilities are in good repair and providing excellent customer service. You will solve diverse problems, build rapport with clients, and deliver work with pride.

• Experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or handyman work.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of this skilled labor position.
• Experience delivering great customer service.
• Certification in mechanical trades (bonus, not required). HVAC experience also a plus.
• Veteran status is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information simply.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and team player mindset.
