Carpenter Foreman
The Carpenter Foreman position involves hands-on work and leadership responsibilities. The role requires collaboration with laborers and carpenters to ensure that all forms are constructed according to specifications. The foreman will monitor and assist during the pouring of panels to confirm that everything is completed according to blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of carpenters and laborers.
- Ensure all forms are built to specifications.
- Monitor and assist with panel pouring to ensure completion according to prints.
- Oversee construction activities primarily related to Tilt-ups and cast-in-place projects.
Essential Skills
- 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
- Proficiency in carpentry and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Skilled in using hand, power, and measuring tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with concrete, Tilt-ups, and cast-in-place construction.
- General knowledge of construction practices and techniques.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
