Roofing Foreman

Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration, working with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs damaged by recent weather events.

Bartlett Roofing's Production Team creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long‑term relationships. Acting as a first‑line response, you will organize, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they arise.

Pay Range: $27-35 hourly DOE

Job Type: Full‑Time, this is not a remote position.

• Physically capable of lifting a ladder and comfortable working on roofs
• Must be 25+ years old for company insurance purposes
• At least 2 years of roofing experience with asphalt/shingle
• 1‑2 years of construction experience (e.g., minor fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work) strongly preferred
• Available to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Clean driving record
• Construction experience is a plus

You’re an experienced roofer, repairman, and innovator with dedicated experience in roofing and construction. You’re skilled in repairs, maintenance, and general labor focusing on fascia, shingles, soffits, and drywall repairs, and you’re a problem solver who enjoys working with a dynamic team to provide first‑class service to customers. • Function as a supervisor, holding the crew to high expectations of job completion in a clean, timely manner
• Coordinate with the scheduler, management team, and crew when there is a shortage of materials to ensure the job is completed
• Ensure installation crews follow all job‑site safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on every project
• Complete midpoint inspection forms to document the crew’s tear‑off and installation process
• Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary
• Maintain the company truck, keeping it clean and ensuring no excess materials remain in the truck for more than a week
• Determine issue resolution with customers and crews as needed
• Work hand‑in‑hand with managers and administration in the Production Department to resolve major issues
• Travel to warranty and repair jobs when necessary to assess issues and report back to leadership
• Work directly with team members and market leadership to ensure returns, materials, labor, etc. are properly accounted for
