Position Overview

Precision Drilling Australia is a specialised Geotechnical & Environmental Drilling Contractor based in Helena Valley, Perth. It is a small family‑owned drilling company providing solutions to various clients throughout Western Australia. With a strong focus on building enduring client relationships, the company has sustained growth since its inception.

The company is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for the role of Drillers Offsider
. The position is site‑based with projects across Perth and remotely. Work may also be performed from the depot in Helena Valley. The role involves supporting drilling operations on client sites, working as part of a small, skilled team.

• Remote, FIFO/DIDO, or Perth Metro work
• Full‑time employment with competitive rates
• Ongoing training and support
• Training and accreditations paid for by the company
• Minimum HR Driver’s Licence (HC or MC preferred)
• Previous drilling experience (essential)
• Current First Aid certification (preferred)
• 4WD certification (preferred)
• White Card – Construction Induction (essential)
• Police clearance within 12 months, or ability to obtain on request
• Pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, to be passed
• Physical fitness to work in various weather conditions

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills
