Job SummaryAs a Glazing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assessing damage and performing preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store‑front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. You will serve as a leader, mentor, and work collaboratively with a crew of 1‑2 technicians. Applicants must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures.

- Install/repair/replace various commercial glazing systems, including curtain walls, store‑fronts, doors, hardware, glass handrails, skylights, and more.
- Supervise and work hands‑on with field crews – ensures efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure workers receive proper training and adhere to all safety standards.
- Manage and delegate day‑to‑day job site operations while enforcing quality control and best practices.
- Monitor and track employee work hours, conduct daily field reports, safety inspections, and required paperwork.
- Use the mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects.
- Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance to customers.
- On‑call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule).
- Minimum 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls, store‑fronts, doors and hardware.
- Able to assess damage, determine correct process and perform quality repairs.
- Ability to train and mentor new employees.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints.
- Tech‑savvy – comfortable using mobile phone apps.
- Leadership skills – delegating, time management, quality control.
- Comfortable working outdoors and from heights.
- Submit background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation, can make the daily commute.
- Has previously worked in a Foreman/Lead position in this scope of work.
