Ocean State Job Lot in Spokane, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a Cascadecommunity. The role covers general grounds and lawn care, basic repairs to homes, and on-call duties, for 40 hours per week on a temporary basis.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry are preferred.
