We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for an all‑around individual with experience across multiple trades—or someone motivated to learn and grow long‑term.

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Handle a variety of tasks, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Basic electrical
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage
• Assist with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Move furniture and equipment as needed

• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred
• Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift and perform hands‑on work
• Valid Driver’s License required
