Maintenance Technician

Location:

Spokane, WAPay: $22-$25/hour

Job Type: Part-Time Overview We  are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for an all-around individual with experience across multiple trades—or someone motivated to learn and grow long-term.

Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs

Handle a variety of tasks, including:

Plumbing Basic electrical

Carpentry

Painting and repairs

Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively

Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage

Assist with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance

Safely use hand and power tools

Move furniture and equipment as needed

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred

Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas

Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to lift and perform hands-on work Valid Driver’s License required
