Legacy Heating & Cooling is a growing commercial HVAC company serving the Inland Northwest. As demand for our services continues to expand, we are building a stronger team of experienced HVAC professionals who want long-term stability, leadership opportunities, and room to advance their careers. We are currently hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to help oversee installations, support field teams, and deliver high-quality workmanship on commercial projects throughout the region.

- Lead commercial HVAC installation projects
- Oversee job progress and maintain quality standards
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
- Support and guide installation team members
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation
- Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
- Ability to lead crews and maintain job quality
- 06A HVAC Electrical License preferred
- Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus
- NATE Certification is a plus
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
