We're looking for a skilled, dependable Licensed Electrician to join the Cline's team and take ownership of the electrical side of our HVAC installations and service work and build out an electrical division. This role is hands-on and varied. You'll handle equipment startups, panel change outs, dedicated circuit installs, disconnects, and a wide range of residential and light commercial electrical jobs across our Washington and potentially our Idaho service area.

You'll work closely with installers and project managers to keep jobs moving on schedule, troubleshoot issues in the field, and represent Cline's with the professionalism and craftsmanship our customers expect.

This role is ideal for an electrician who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work, wants variety in their day, and is looking to plant roots with a stable, growing, locally and veteran owned company that genuinely invests in its people.
