Facade Technician

We are currently hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Washington DC.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

• Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
• Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning components of existing facades
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on facades to ensure they are functioning properly
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and provide solutions
• Work with other team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
• Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for work permit in the United States

• Certification in facade installation or equivalent training program
• Experience working on high-rise buildings
• Experience with various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
