Salary Range: $32.00 To $42.00 Hourly
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Service HVAC Technician to join our service team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order
- Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Washington Electrical O6A Certification
- Idaho training card
- Valid EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
- Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Nate Certification
- Idaho Journeyman
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Procore knowledge
