We are a Commercial Roofing and Architectural Sheet Metal company located in Spokane Valley, WA. Our company specializes in the installation of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and metal roofing, as well as the fabrication and installation of sheet metal panels, copings, gutters, downspouts, and related architectural metal systems.
Position SummaryWe are currently seeking Sheet Metal Installers to join our architectural sheet metal team. This position involves the installation of sheet metal panels, metal wall systems, copings, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and other architectural metal components on commercial projects.
Previous sheet metal or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, safety-oriented, and interested in long‑term growth with our company.
Responsibilities- Install architectural sheet metal systems, including metal panels, copings, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and related components.
- Assist with layout, measuring, cutting, fastening, and installation of sheet metal materials.
- Read and follow plans, details, shop drawings, and installation instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment safely and properly.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and jobsite organization.
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- 1 to 3 years of sheet metal, roofing, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience with architectural sheet metal panels, coping, flashing, gutters, or downspouts preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic layout preferred.
- Safety-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs.
