We are looking for a skilled, professional Service Technician to join our residential service team at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning. This position is designed for driven field professionals who are eager to deliver top-quality service to homes across the greater Spokane and North Idaho area. You’ll work independently to troubleshoot and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, using your advanced knowledge to resolve issues quickly and provide exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order
- Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification
- Electrical O6 Training card (license preferred)
- Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed
- Nate Certification
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- WA or Electrical License
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
