Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Washington As a Handyman you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working independently and has a strong attention to detail

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing carpentry and electrical work
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with appliances fixtures or equipment
• Inspect properties to identify any potential problems or hazards
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job site

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Skilled in multiple trades including carpentry plumbing electrical work etc
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Must have your own tools for the job

This is an urgent contract position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately The salary for this role is $1600 per month Please note that this is a contract position without accommodation provided
