Employment Support Professional (Entry level)
We are now hiring Employment Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to attain or maintain employment. This community-based, hybrid‑remote role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to enter or grow within the Social Services or Human Services field.
The role involves meeting clients in their homes and workplaces, providing outreach and advocacy throughout the community, and helping to place people in jobs that match their skills. We seek candidates who are passionate, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented, with a background in sales, social service, or education.

Employment Specialist (Entry level)Starting Wage Range: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour. Full Wage Range: $20.50 - $30.27 per hour.
Employment Consultant (Mid to experienced)Starting Wage Range: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour. Full Wage Range: $22.50 - $33.75 per hour.
LocationSpokane, WA (including Spokane County).
ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. Occasional nights/weekends as needed.

- Building clients’ skills and confidence to find employment through resume creation, interview preparation, on‑site job training, benefits planning, person‑centered planning, assessments and other support services
- Engaging with community partners to connect clients with support services
- Building relationships with local companies to create job opportunities
- Providing a wide range of industry‑specific support services
- At least 1 year of experience working in a disability‑focused human services field with hands‑on experience with individuals with disabilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal mode of transportation
- A flexible schedule to support clients when they work, including occasional weekends and holidays
