Case Manager

About your role

An Employment Specialist/Case Manager will work with Medicaid clients aged 16 or older who experience substance use disorders or behavioral/mental health diagnoses that hinder their ability to find employment. The role includes assessing client strengths and interests, aiding in resume building, developing interview skills, and coaching around employment skills such as relationship development and managing anxiety, depression, anger, and other challenges to maintain employment.

The position functions as an advocate, case manager, and skills coach, making a direct impact on client outcomes.

• $24-$29 per hour
• Daytime/evening flexible full‑time schedule
• Opportunity for incentive‑based pay—up to 10% biweekly
• Hybrid work setting—travel to clients in the community
• Flexible schedule

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and two (2) years of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services, or a related field; or
• Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) Certification issued by the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) and one (1) year of relevant experience
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) Certification issued by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Council (CRCC) and one (1) year of relevant experience
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
