Clarvida is seeking an Employment Specialist/Case Manager to support Medicaid clients 16 and older who face substance use or behavioral health challenges. You will assess strengths, support employment goals, and coach on resume building, interview skills, and essential workplace behaviors.
This role serves as advocate and case manager, with travel to community clients in a hybrid work setting. Qualifications include GED or higher or a related degree, and relevant certifications (CESP or CRC)
