Compensation Range: $18.85 - $26.09
- Annual milestone bonus: $500 for each year worked, up to $5,000.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist at the reception desk greeting patients, employees, and visitors upon arrival.
- Professionally answer calls, take messages, and/or refer callers to appropriate individuals.
- Fax, scan, and photocopy as directed.
- Perform other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health mission and core values.
Education/
Experience:
Must be a current high‑school student of junior or senior status.
Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills, computer skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and commitment to a safe and respectful environment.
Required to stand, sit, and be mobile one‑third to two‑thirds of the time. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel over two‑thirds of the time; reaching with hands and arms occurs one‑third of the day. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching occurs less than one‑third of the time. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10lbs and less than one‑third of the day from 25‑40lbs;
rarely > 41lbs.
