CompensationNew hires for this position typically start between $23.16 and $28.95 hourly/annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you’ll doThe Residential Treatment Specialist (RTS) Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented residential environment where individuals can engage in treatment, stabilization, and recovery services. Under the administrative and programmatic supervision of the Director, the RTS Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, operational oversight, and support to Residential Treatment Specialist staff while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Performs and documents daily shift activities in accordance with program policies, contractual requirements, licensing standards, and professional expectations.
- Supervises and monitors resident movement, activities, and compliance with program rules while maintaining appropriate auditory and visual supervision.
- Maintains accountability for the whereabouts and safety of residents during assigned shifts.
- Assesses and responds appropriately to resident behaviors, attitudes, emotional presentations, and crisis situations.
- Conducts contraband control, room searches, and confiscation procedures in accordance with program policies and safety standards.
- Provides services in the least restrictive and most trauma-informed manner appropriate to the situation.
- Assists residents in meeting health, hygiene, wellness, and daily living needs.
- Supports residents in developing social, recovery, coping, and independent living skills.
- Assists with meal preparation, meal service, and monitoring of food service activities in accordance with program requirements.
- Assists residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with program procedures and applicable regulations.
- Observes residents for behaviors, symptoms, or demeanor changes that may indicate safety, behavioral health, or medical concerns.
- Transports residents to approved appointments and activities in accordance with agency policies and approved driver requirements.
