$23.50-$31.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits

What Makes This Role Different?

You're not sitting behind a desk all day.

As a Residential Supervisor, you'll combine leadership, behavioral health, youth development, and crisis response in a role where every day makes a difference.

You'll:

  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of direct care professionals
  • Support youth ages 6-16 in a therapeutic residential treatment environment
  • Promote trauma-informed care and positive behavior support strategies
  • Respond to crises and provide real-time coaching to staff during challenging situations
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for a 24/7 residential program
  • Monitor documentation, medication administration, case management activities, and program compliance
  • Partner with clinical, case management, and leadership teams to support treatment goals
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for youth who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and agency standards
  • Serve as the primary shift leader and decision-maker during evenings, weekends, and on-call situations
  • Transport residents in company vehicle

You'll be the go-to leader during your shift, helping both staff and youth succeed while playing a critical role in the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and residential care services.

IMPORTANT:
Schedule Requirements

This is a 24/7 residential program.

To be considered, applicants must be able to:

Work evenings and weekends

Maintain flexibility to support program operations

Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Assist with staffing coverage when operational needs arise

If you are seeking a Monday-Friday daytime-only schedule, this position will not be a fit.

Minimum Qualifications

You must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Be able to pass federal and state background checks
  • Have experience working directly with children or adolescents
  • Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Be able to work effectively with youth who have experienced trauma

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following:

Option 1

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience working directly with children
  • Leadership experience

Option 2

  • Two years of social service education
  • One year of experience working directly with children
  • Leadership experience

Option 3

  • Four years of social service education
  • Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Residential treatment or group home experience
  • Behavioral health experience
  • Child welfare experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience mentoring or coaching staff
