You will support 8–10 youths, conduct face-to-face visits, and coordinate with probation, DCYF workers, therapists, and other resources to promote safety and long-term independence.
Responsibilities include developing monthly service plans, documenting contacts in a timely manner, and participating in supervision and trainings.
