Php Developer (Word Press) job and County, WA.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with expertise in Word Press to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP programming and a deep understanding of the Word Press ecosystem, including theme and plugin development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom Word Press websites that are responsive, scalable, and optimized for performance.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Word Press themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Build responsive and user-friendly websites based on design mockups or requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Optimize website performance and security.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, coding standards, and Word Press best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across Word Press sites.

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a focus on Word Press.
• Strong knowledge of Word Press architecture, plugin development, and theme customization.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery or vanilla JS), and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Woo Commerce and custom e-commerce functionality.
• Familiarity with headless Word Press or JAMstack concepts.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
