Job Qualifications:- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles
- Personal training and/or group fitness certifications from OTF preferred sources such as; ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, ISSA, or NFPT (Preferable but not mandatory - we can assist in the certification process)
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Project confidence and energy on a microphone
- Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
- Group fitness experience and/or personal training
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs

- Provide options for exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend regular studio meetings and ongoing education
- Conduct studio tours and facilitate sales
- Conduct inbound and outbound telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Facilitate booking intro sessions and on‑boarding new members
- $45,000 - $65,000
- Competitive per‑class pay for the fitness coaching portion of your role
- Base + Commissions AND Bonuses for the fitness consulting portion role
