Key Responsibilities- Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
- Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
- Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- For certified drivers:
Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation - For non-certified drivers:
Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience - Willing to obtain and able to meet all state and federal requirements for CDL (training provided)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
