Corwin Ford of Spokane is HIRING NOW and looking for Vehicle Pickup & Delivery Drivers to join our team! As a Vehicle Pickup & Delivery Driver you'll be responsible for safely transporting customer vehicles to and from their homes or businesses while also assisting with shuttle services and other driving duties. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism, a neat appearance, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver customers vehicles from and to their address
• Make calls and coordinate with the customers before pick-up and delivery
• Inspect the customers vehicle upon pick up
• Ensure customers vehicles are clean inside out before delivery
• Make sure the loaners are clean and in good condition with a full gas tank
• Prepare the loaner agreements
• Sanitize all vehicles upon arrival or before delivery
• Greet all customers with a friendly upbeat attitude, and answer their questions
• Advise the service advisors/valets of any customer articles such as CDs, electronics, cash, etc. left inside any vehicle
• Understand and follow work rules and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Keep the work area clean

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, dependable, and a self-starter
• Basic driving and navigation ability
• Safety knowledge and skills
• Previous delivery experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts areas
• Read and interpret documents such as parts invoices and return invoices
• Must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record required
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening
