Job Description:
This is a Full Time Recruiting position located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.
The Recruiter is responsible or hiring qualified and quality CDL Class A drivers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Answer the phone and help applicants professionally and courteously.
* Recruit drivers by understanding their needs and selling the organization.
* Ensure each candidate not only meets our qualifications but the DOT's qualifications as well.
* Close the deal by requesting travel and ensure incoming drivers are committed and ready.
* Be mindful of costs throughout the recruiting process.
* Ensure applicants understand the importance of safety and how we as a company view it.
* Ensure to meet weekly and monthly goals.
* Work and communicate with others throughout the organization to be able to provide the best and most accurate information to the applicants.
* All other duties as assigned.
Education/
Experience:
to perform this job successfully, it is preferred an individual have:
* A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
* Previous experience working within the trucking industry
