The Freight Tracking & Routing Operations Associate manages shipment tracking, load routing, and dispatch workflow within Oregon-based systems. Spokane candidates may participate in hybrid operations; remote candidates nationwide are fully integrated into the workflow. This role provides structured training for entry-level candidates and operational responsibility for experienced dispatch professionals.

• Track shipment progress and maintain accurate dispatch records
• Assign loads and monitor routing schedules
• Communicate delivery updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
• Maintain detailed operational documentation, including freight logs and system updates
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure seamless operations
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and operational compliance
