Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in Spokane, WA — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

• Position:
  Class B CDL Truck Driver
• Hours:
  
  50+ hours per week, Monday‑Friday schedule
• Pay: $26.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Training:
  Paid training provided
• Route:
  Home daily within Washington
• Vehicle:
  Straight truck, 36‑month or newer
• Freight:
  Touch‑Medical supplies, heavy‑touch required
• Equipment:
  Pallet jack, stair walkers, forklifts
• TWIC card preferred; reimbursed if obtained

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL (Class A or
  
  B) with required endorsements.
• Experience:
  
  9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years.
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the past 3 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
