Recent CDL‑A grads ready to start your trucking career with paid training! If you just got your CDL‑A, we have the perfect opportunity to launch your career. We’re looking for motivated, safety‑minded recent graduates ready to hit the road.
With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer:- Hands‑On Training Program – 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay – $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time – Every 2 weeks
- Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completed a 120‑hour CDL school
- Passed a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations (SAP drivers not accepted at this time)
