Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only ensure that customers’ products arrive on time and in good condition, but they also serve as the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Driver, Helper Non‑Formula, you will assist the Driver in every aspect of the product delivery to our customers.

The Driver, Helper Non‑Formula rides with and assists Drivers in the tractor‑trailer, tandem trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading various products in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). You will communicate and interact with customers, vendors and co‑workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.

Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

• Assist the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Load and unload truck and company vehicles.
• Place products in areas identified by customers.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 19 years old.
• Must have a standard Class D driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within the food‑service industry.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

Up to $17.31 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
