Job Description
The main responsibility of a Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated locations on time. Punctuality, honesty, and the ability to read a basic road map are required. Delivery Drivers are expected to ensure timely and correct delivery in a courteous manner and to keep delivery vehicles well maintained before and after each shift.
Delivery Drivers also aid in food preparation, take customers’ orders, handle cleaning duties, and rotate food shipments that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
While performing these duties, the team member may work outdoors in various temperatures, in a noisy environment or near moving mechanical parts, and may be exposed to fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The job can be physically demanding, requiring repeated hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching or kneeling.
Some specific duties of a Delivery Driver include:
- Pre‑Delivery vehicle preparations
- Learning the delivery area
- Checking orders for quality and accuracy
- Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Food preparation and packaging
- Taking orders and collecting payments
- Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
- Rotating commissary deliveries
Pay Range: $17.13 - $17.63 per hour. Wage for all Delivery Drivers is minimum wage, plus tips earned daily and $0.44 per mile driven on shift.

Delivery Drivers must:
- Have attention to detail
- Have a sense of urgency in all aspects of the job
- Be customer focused with strong initiative
- Have cash management skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state where the team member works, and have been licensed for at least two years
- Have an acceptable motor vehicle report/driving abstract (no more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year; DUI or speeding ticket over 24 mph not considered)
- Be insured and have a satisfactory vehicle
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies as they arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable with cross‑training and performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed, with reasonable accommodation if required
