About QCDQuality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a subsidiary of GSF. Established in 2006, we have built a fleet that averages more than 40 million miles driven per year and are also involved in running the national non-profit GSF Foundation.
Class A CDL Driver – Spokane, WAMust have a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card.
In This Role, You’ll:- Operate a diesel-powered tractor‑trailer on local routes—no layovers.
- Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers.
- Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks; this is a 100 % touch‑freight role.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members.
- Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance.
- A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and (preferred) at least one year of tractor‑trailer driving and delivery experience. New drivers are welcomed.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi‑temperature environments.
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
- Proficiency in vehicle inspections, maintaining DOT logs, and meeting all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations.
- Dispatch at 4:00 PM—home daily.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- All trailers equipped with lift gates—no ramps.
- Touch freight with repetitive lifting of 50+ lbs.
- Component Pay:
Drivers are paid under a component‑based structure that varies by client and route, with average annual earnings typically ranging from $83–$133k
. Pay is based on route pay: stops, mileage, and cases delivered. - Weekly pay—every Friday.
