Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules may change based on business needs and may require overtime, including rotating Saturdays.
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during established routes, making 10–20 deliveries per day.
- Complete and maintain accurate records and logs, including driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records required by company policy and law.
- Make on‑time deliveries at customer locations in a safe and punctual manner in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle driven that day.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout a shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment used when handling commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks and occasionally operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.) when needed.
- Work approximately 8–12 hours per day.
- Operate a handheld device provided by the company and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product.
- Other job‑related tasks and instructions may be assigned by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Employees must have the visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires through rolling, destacking, and team lifting, using mechanical equipment as needed. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline.
All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel/composite toe boots. Workers must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for proper protective equipment use. The work environment may include exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- One year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of the company road test.
- Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with company policy.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
- Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
