Trego-Dugan Aviation is hiring for PT positions.

Cross‑utilized agents will perform both Passenger Service and Ramp Agent positions.

Passenger Service Agent General Purpose Of Job

This position is responsible for providing total customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions. Additional responsibilities include ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary duties as required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Processing customers' tickets, checking baggage, monitoring carry‑on baggage for size and quantity, and assigning seats.
  • Providing information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry‑on regulations, and seating arrangements.
  • Handling denied boarding situations, soliciting volunteers, accommodating customers, and providing hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
  • Ensuring FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed.
  • Enforcing safety/security measures and protecting sensitive zones.
  • Assisting customers with special needs, i.e., customers who need assistance in boarding.
  • Performing ad‑hoc assignments as requested by the lead or supervisor.
  • Completing sales reports.
  • Maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Being able to read and write English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Working efficiently under time constraints.
  • Being available to work varied hours, including swing and graveyard shifts, plus weekends and holidays.
  • Maintaining a well‑groomed appearance and physical fitness.
  • Passing a ten‑year background check and a pre‑employment drug test.
  • Having authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.
  • Attending required training.
Physical Demands

Must be able to carry a 70‑pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry a 70‑pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet; must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time.

Must have sufficient vision and ability to perform the position's essential functions safely.

Ramp Service Agent General Purpose Of Job

The Ramp Service Agent is responsible for the handling of customer luggage, including loading and unloading baggage on and off the aircraft, marshaling in and pushing back the aircraft, operating ground service equipment (GSE), meeting arriving flights and servicing departing flights, assisting customers with special needs, assisting customer service agents, as needed, and any other assigned duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Performing related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates, i.e., ramp, commissary, and aircraft cleaning activities.
  • Moving luggage and co‑mail of various weights and dimensions to and from the aircraft and airport luggage receiving area.
  • Loading and unloading baggage, luggage, and co‑mail.
  • Operating ground equipment, including tugs and belt loaders.
  • Marshaling aircraft to and from gates.
  • Providing proper handling of baggage requiring special care.
  • Service aircraft lavatories.
  • Performing aircraft interior cleaning.
  • Responsible for aircraft security searches and commissary security searches.
  • Ensuring ramp areas are safe and free of FOD and that all ground equipment is maintained correctly.
  • Following safety regulations, including properly using ground equipment and wearing adequate safety items.
  • Able to communicate using a two‑way radio.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read and write English.
Physical Demands
