Flatbed CDL-A Driver – Regional Route

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers for regional routes across the western U.S. Drivers will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The role offers up to 34‑hour weekend resets and competitive pay.

• Weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 (based on experience, routes, attendance, service length)
• Annual pay: $46,984.82 – $
• $5K Hiring Bonus (paid over four 90‑day periods for active drivers)
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension, mileage pay
• Transition package: $1,800 ($1,000 for orientation, remaining as transition pay)

• Off most weekends with a 34‑hour reset.
• Varies by division; this opportunity is Division 290.

• Transport goods and materials for flatbed routes.
• Maintain safe, on‑time deliveries while following DOT regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and other safety checks.
• Adhere to company policies, including pet and rider policies.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate records.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 4+ months of flatbed driving experience (preferred 1 year).
• Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test, clearinghouse result.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑lb tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice.
• Must be currently employed and actively driving for $5K bonus eligibility.
• Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months experience not eligible.
